Return Policy

If you received the wrong product, please call us at 317-786-6819 within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for either an exchange or a refund; this is it our discretion and is based solely on product availability.

If you received a defective product, please call us at 317-786-6819 within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund; this is it our discretion and is based solely on product availability.

If the product(s) was obviously damaged during shipping (i.e., a mangled box along with a mangled product) then you must file a claim with the expediter, i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, etc.

You must call to arrange any return, because you must have a Return Authorization Number; without a Return Authorization Number your shipment will be refused.

All orders are considered to be final after 7 days of receipt.  General Returns are NOT handled as our products are considered to be "custom made" and as such are not returnable; we thank you in advance for your understanding.
